Robert, an architect, trained in the Master-Apprentice Workshop system
by working for professional painters, sculptors, musicians, mathematicians,
authors,
andother artisans during his formation period as a designer.

Fundamental Insight:
“ … Creative Works are often, but not always, spontaneous.
The process includes, extended periods of doing and thinking of “nothing”. Where the production of a
work that is an imitation of some notion, idea, or distraction often
ends in mediocrity.
Art is “doing” things and waiting: waiting
for grace to enter and begin the process
of
transforming into paint, sound, form, words., an inner clean aesthetic…”
